I think people like Mr. Ewell teach us a lesson about life and stuff. You learn that people like that have karma coming to them. His little plan backfired, which I thought that it was funny. Not funny in a haha way but very amusing. He had it coming. This is why I try not to teach people a lesson with my hands, but hope they get what they deserve at the end. That’s howlife is. If you do something bad, do nnot be surprised to see that something bad is going to happen to you next. That is why you should treat people with respect, if you want to be treated nicely back.
Boo is really cool, he so nice too. This shows that if you loook close enough, you can see that people are nicer than you think. You should also try to get to knkow them. That’s what I try to do everyday.

The Tom Robinson case is an interesting case. I agree that it is a bit peculiar that no doctor showed up for mayella eventhough she was supposedly raped. i love how you put emphisis on how Mr. Ewell had a nasty temper when he was wasted. atticus should have won the case instantly affter he pointed out that Mr.Ewell was left handed. I alos agree that Mr. Ewell is a big fat LIAR! He is wrong for accusing Tom Robinson for what he did wrong and i hope that eventually Mr. Ewell does surve time in prison.

Matts, Matty, dude... sweeeettt...
This post wasa very close to what happened.. This pleases me.. YOu sir brought up some beastly points on the chapters. I have some thoughts about the coming up chapters (even though that I have totally read the whole book already) If I hadn’t read the book I would have some serious wonders of this book. I love this book because it is one of the most addicting books there is. I have yet to find a book like this one where I can not put the book down. Atticus did make some amazing agruements. (He is God Beast Atticus) I think it was actaully very important for Jem, Scout and Dill to see that court case. It gave them a taste of the real world. It also showed them what culture they where growing up in. It would show them what the rest of their lives, if someone did not change the world… Oh yeah that was as deep as it sounded XP You’re a beast Mătt

I agree with what you are saying, but I also think that the Ewell’s are just trying to get some money. The way they are doing it is immoral but a smart strategy. I also wonder about Boo Radley. In the beginning there is so much talk about him it pretty much made the whole book. Then in a few chapters his name is barely a whisper. I wonder how he will come back to this story. I also think that Atticus will loose. I don’t want to be negative but the way it is going and the feelings people have for his client, just doesn’t seam like he will win. I also thought it was funny when they found Dill and started poking him. Poor Dill though, that must have hurt. I think this book changes ideas a lot but it is still a great read.
Sincerely yours,

Times have really changed since back then. They were able to get away with more stuff back then compared to now. I really don’t mind because I don’t want to get into danger. So I do not mind. Dill seems like a funny character. I also think that it is cute how scout and dill are going to ‘marry’ each other. I always think that stuff like that is very cute. Sometimes I wonder if I were to do something like that.
Atticus is very brave to be doing what he is doing. People do not like that fact that he’s defending a black man, but he is dong it anyways. That is a hard thing to deal with. Also, people want to hurt him such as cummingham. If I had to deal with THAT dude, I would have laid him out.

Matty, Matt, Matters... This is a good post because its so true. Thier Anut is insane and I think everyone no just would would go freakin insane having her as an Aunt... Though she seems rich, I might try to get in on that will, hah jk. That is not the point I am trying to make though. The Point I am trying to make is that these chapters are very important. Atticus goes down to the jail the night, but for what reason? Why does he? My thoughts on it is that he is going down there because he knew people would come late at night and possibly try to hurt Tom. (How does he know this? Well no one actually Knows, he might be just insanely smart) Though once Atticus find his children, he has to take them home to try to keep them from violence.. So Matt, beastly beastness of beasts….

This chapter is interesting. I agree with you that Mrs. Dubose was rude. I’ve never seen a rude old woman like her before too. She wouldn’t be a role model for Scout and Jem that’s for sure. Plus, Jem did, somehow, go over the edge. He shouldn’t really ruin Mrs. Dubose’s flowers although she deserves it a bit. I would do something different though that doesn’t have to get in too much trouble though. It’s a bit strange how she suddenly die. To my opinion, it sort of made the book short. I guess her morphine addict made her like that. I totally agree with you she was brave for stopping in the last couple months of her death. Overall, I guess we can say Mrs. Dubose has good and bad qualities. Also, I can’t wait for Tom Robinson’s trial too. It’s getting more mysterious and drifting. Hopefully, a good outcome will happen.
